Each pipette specification has a unique product code.

If our standard pipettes do not suit your requirements, we can manufacture custom pipettes to your specifications. We maintain stocks of many custom pipettes, so we may already have suitable pipettes in stock.

If you require custom pipettes that are not listed on this website, please contact us and provide detailed specifications and we will then provide a product code for ordering.

We maintain stocks of standard pipettes and many custom pipettes, so if the pipettes you require are in stock, they will be dispatched promptly upon receipt of an order. We can usually dispatch within 48 hours. If pipettes have to be manufactured, there is a turnaround time of 6-8 weeks, but we will endeavour to supply the pipettes as quickly as possible and we will provide a delivery schedule.

Mail, fax or e-mail a purchase order which includes the following information:

• Purchase order number.
• Billing address
• Delivery address
• Contact name
• Telephone number, fax number and e-mail address
• For each type of pipette, the product code, description and quantity (specify units or boxes of 10). For custom pipettes, please provide specifications and we will then provide product codes.

We will confirm receipt of the order and provide a delivery schedule. International delivery is usually by FedEx or DHL.

Payments to The Pipette Company must be in Australian Dollars (AUD). The preferred payment method is telegraphic transfer (TT) or electronic funds transfer (EFT). Cheques and money orders in AUD are also accepted. Credit card facilities are NOT available.

Note for Australian customers. Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged and a tax invoice will be issued.
