PRICING, SAMPLES AND QUOTATIONS TPC pipettes are competitively priced and offer excellent value for money because of their uniformity, high quality and ease of use. Please contact us regarding samples or to obtain a quotation (which will include delivery and insurance). Australian customers. Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged and a tax invoice will be issued. BROCHURE We would be pleased to mail a colour TPC brochure. Please contact us to request a brochure. TO PLACE AN ORDER Mail, fax or e-mail a purchase order which includes the following information: - Purchase order number. - Billing address and delivery address. - Contact name, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address. - For each type of pipette: product code, description and quantity. For custom pipettes, please provide specifications and we will then provide product codes, a quotation and a delivery schedule. We may already have suitable custom pipettes in stock. NOTE: Pipettes are only sold in multiples of 10 (per box). PAYMENT Payments to The Pipette Company must be in Australian Dollars (AUD). The preferred payment method is telegraphic transfer (TT) or electronic funds transfer (EFT). Cheques and money orders in AUD are also accepted. Credit card facilities are NOT available. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY We maintain stocks of standard and custom pipettes, so if the pipettes you require are in stock, they will be dispatched immediately after receipt of an order. If pipettes have to be manufactured, there is a minimum turn around time of 4-6 weeks, but we will endeavour to supply the pipettes as quickly as possible. Delivery is usually by FedEx or DHL.
